Terrible customer service. Trying to get a refund, constant chasing from my side. I have been waiting 29 days now since I sent the item back. Waste of time and effort!

I wish I read these reviews prior to ordering. Purchased a Nokia 5.3 3 weeks ago. Item arrived but its faulty. Took them 2 weeks to arrange for it to be picked up, sending me the wrong dates twice so I lost 2 days work. Another 2 weeks have passed, still no refund and despite 5 messages to their Customer Dont Care Dept I have had zero response.I choose Nokia due to my fond memories of their phones from yesterday year....now they have my money and have the faulty handset and don't care.I have seen some terrible customer support in the past, Nokia takes the prize for the worst. To all future buyers, don't touch this company with a barge pole, you will regret it.Theft or fraud Nokia, what do you call it? You take my money, send me faulty goods, get the goods returned (eventually) dont refund my money and then ignore my emails. Hang your head in shame. You are an absolute disgrace.

My earphone jack broke off in my new Nokia phone. I contacted customer care, they responded promptly without no hassle my phone was collected and returned within a week. I have bought Nokia phones for over 30 years and always rated the experience all my phone's have given me over the years, but I've never had to deal with customer care, yet again I wasn't let down. They made a stressful time bearable. Thank you.

Don't make the mistake of buying a phone directly from Nokia - you only have 30 days to return it if it is defective before you are locked into their "return for repair" process and find yourself with no phone! Generally advisable to buy from Amazon instead who will give you a no-quibble return on anything which doesn't work. Unfortunately I was suckered in by the offer of free accessories. Bought a new 8.3 5G model which became defective about 3 weeks after purchase - complete battery discharge whilst phone in pocket, battery running down overnight, apps disappearing, etc. Initial troubleshooting did not work and I am now 32 days after receiving the phone.Contacted Nokia Support who whilst initially helpful will not budge on their extremely stingy 30 day "remorse period", so I have to return the phone and wait potentially weeks for them to decide whether or not I can get a refund or be forced to settle for a phone I don't trust to provide even basic functionality like an alarm clock in the morning!I just want to buy another phone so I am in the process of opening a Section 75 claim with my credit card company.

This is a review of the ordering process on the official Nokia phone store, and the functionality and features of the phone I ordered.OS - Operating SystemI wanted to start using my massive smartphone full of distractions as a tablet (infrequently) at home and otherwise carry a fairly basic phone around with me, so I bought one of Nokia's feature phones. I bought it on a weekday evening (after 6pm) and received a dispatch email the next day. The day after that the phone arrived, so they did deliver on the next-day delivery statement. As soon as I bought the phone I used the 'support' feature on the website to ask if my phone was actually in stock and what courier would be used. The courier question was glazed over a bit before I actually got an answer. The phone itself was boxed nicely and in full working order. I really like it. It has an alphanumeric keypad which I am used to using from the early 00s! I needed a phone that had the ability to text, call, set calendar reminders and had GPS for navigating myself around town centres on foot. Whatsapp was a preference but not a deal breaker. The phone I got (2720) runs on KaiOS and isn't basic but also isn't a smartphone. It's ideal. It has the ability to text and call (you'd hope so) and it has a 'lite' version of Maps. It is not suitable as a satnav substitute because you put your addresses in and need to select 'next direction' to move to the next instruction. With this in mind I think it's suitable for use by a passenger when using it for driving directions. It is ok for navigating yourself through a city centre on foot. Otherwise I use an actual satnav when driving or research directions and print them. I also have a map in the car. Whatsapp on this phone does not have the ability to make calls or video call (yet?) It can send and receive photos and video (there might be a size limit on video but I am not certain, please look into this). From what I can gather these reduced features of Whatsapp on this phone are not well advertised at the moment and disappoint a lot of people. The phone comes with a couple of bloatware apps that cannot be uninstalled; such as random games. These are not too intrusive and can be moved to the bottom of the menu. It does support Facebook and Twitter but I do not use them. The browser is very useful for searching quick facts - like phone numbers or which films a celebrity is in if you simply need to know the information there and then. The small screen and alphanumeric keypad make it quite difficult to use the browser for distractedly surfing the web for ages when you could be looking at the (hopefully) lovely environment around you. 2MP camera installed and has an email app. Predictive text is mildly annoying in the sense that a capital 'i' is not automatically presented. You have to come out of predictive text to capitalise your i. Typing is slightly slower with these phones which Iike because I'm less likely to race through a message without really thinking about the content or my tone.Make sure you have the most recent updates to ensure your phone works properly (this goes for most tech).I see a lot of people buying these to use in addition to their smartphones... :/ or buying them expecting them to be a retro-style version of a smartphone - they're quite disappointed and review them accordingly. Appreciate these sorts of phones for what they are - a bit more than basic connectivity with amazing battery life (mine lasts around three days with a bit of Whatsapp use and a few phone calls). In addition to this, my husband bought another type of Nokia feature phone and had issues installing Whatsapp so I used the support feature on the website and they were very helpful.

App store is very primitive, if you're looking to have modern useful apps not sponsored by Microsoft, youd be better off with a graphing calculator....

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I bought a phone from them 3.5 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. They refuse to refund me as the phone is out to be delivered - even though I wrote to cancel the order three times because of non delivery - and to get my money back I know have to wait for delivery (no accurate timeframe for this) then refuse the phone, then wait for their couriers to return it and then 5-15 days for them to process it. Daylight robbery. Emails to them ignored, information lost. Tellingly there is NO way of contacting complaints department and NO phone numbers. i have asked for them on online chat but requests are ignored. Cowboy service, truly terrible. AVOID AVOID

I wish I read these comments before placing an order. I've always thought of NOKIA as a brand you can trust. Don't trust a word that is published on their website. I've never come across a worse company than these to deal with. As with other customers the phone never arrived on time and was showing as being processed. I need a phone so tried to cancel. They claim you have one hour in which to cancel. I pointed that under Consumer Regulations I have 28 days in which to cancel. They don't respond to any points you raise. I'm now billing them for each e-mail I respond to. Today there's a knock on the door, coincidentally I'm expecting a new works mobile so took the package off the courier. Unfortunately it was the Nokia when I opened the package. It was despatched yesterday. 3 hours later I received an email to let me know it was on its way! I immediately emailed them to let them know it wasn't on it way and remind them I'd cancelled the order a week earlier. I get another response to tell it me it had been "escalated to their department" and would get back to me shortly. Thing is I know they don't get back to you full stop. I've contacted my bank to try and get this resolved who I must say are as much use as a chocolate fire guard. MY ADVICE IS AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I've even tried emailing their CEO who doesn't respond either.

I would give Nokia no stars if the options was there!Appalling company, customer service and products. I bought a new 3.4 less than one month ago but cannot hide my number when making calls and the video does not work as the camera app keeps closing. For each problem I contacted customer services via online web chat on separate occasions and neither time could they solve the issues only tell me to wait for an update or a fix. They could not provided dates for either of these. My second experience of on-line chat (video issue) was ended in less than thirty seconds because the agent (Francesco) typed an answer then closed the chat assuming I was happy despite me not replying or having time to try the suggested fix. When I asked why he did this he said "This was due to the high level of chats and having need to answer them as many in les time possible Nothing personal, my excuses!" (his typos)Avoid Nokia at all costs.

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER! I would strongly advice you stay away from this company! Worst ever costumer service ever. My phone took ages to arrive even though they promised delivery in 24h took 7days to arrive. Costumer service is a joke unprofessional and terribly unkind. Advertisements are fake.

Is it possible to give less than 1 star? Because Nokia deserves that. I loved Nokia. But after last 1 week, I want to file a lawsuit for mental harassment against them. I bought a brand new Nokia 5.4 on Christmas eve as my current (Chi***e make) phone crashed after nearly 2 and half years. I decided to go back to Nokia because, I am a fan boy for Nokia. I realised ordering a phone for next day delivery on Christmas eve was probably not a wise decision. No wise men to guide me here. But after Christmas I reached out on the Nokia Mobile Care chat to ask about my order status which was stuck at Processing. I was told it's the weekend and courier don't accept pick up on the weekend. Ok. Then came bank holiday Monday, still not working. Ok, acceptable. But, Tuesday 29th December was a working day and yet, my order status was stuck at processing. and today, 30th December it is still stuck at processing. The Nokia Mobile care is giving me vague, generic, deflecting answers like it will be delivered tomorrow. and when I ask for a date of delivery, they can't put a date on it. It has been 'escalated' to the 'concerning department' but I am yet to see my phone. Also, you can't cancel an order one hour after you have ordered it. Not even customer support team can do it. The standard response to cancellation request is, reject the delivery and we will initiate a refund process. So, Right now I am stuck with no phone, no way to cancel it, no sight of delivery, and no proper response except vague answers. Oh, and you cant even modify the order to a different model, even though it hasn't even left the processing unit. I wonder if they at least received the phone from the factory. I am on the verge of lodging a complaint against them for mental harassment and fraud. Do Not buy from Nokia website. and from the looks of it, do not but Nokia phones itself. Its not the same company we grew up on.

Possible the worst customer service in the 21st century There are no phone numbers Every email takes a minimum of a week to respond back with occasional holding emails sent in the interim. Sad because I loved my Nokia phones but clearly their day has come and gone I contacted customer to return a phone the Nokia 2720 because although it is advertised that What’s App is included it’s a watered down version and you cannot makes calls from a Nokia using What’s App - it’s almost against advertising or trading standards rules. i.e if you purchased an oven? You would expect it to behave like other ovens but a Nokia oven is one that does not get hot enough to cook - it just gets warm only and you won’t know that feature default until you plug it in and turn the oven on ! But the issue is - you then cannot return a Nokia product because there is no return address and no return envelop but a string of emails from so called customer care talking about everything except accepting responsibility giving you a return address or refunding your money back !!

The USB port on my Nokia stopped working. Nokia fixed it for me out of warranty as a good will gesture. Fantastic customer service, very happy it got sorted and I can continue using my Nokia. ?

ordered a mobile phone through Nokia on 24th august we are currently on 30th September no phone no refund ive been on chat to nokia for hours trying to get refund still nothing will never buy nokia again
